Connecticut Grain Bourbon, a Double Gold Medal Winner in the North American Bourbon and Whiskey Competition. BATCH 3 Has been released and is even more complex than batch 2 was.
Made from grains grown on the Thrall Family Farm in Windsor, CT. It is mashed (cooked) at Reverie Brewing Company in Newtown, CT and then fermented, distilled and aged here at White Hills Distillery. It is aged in 5 & 15 gallon charred and toasted oak barrels made in Minnesota.
This ultra small batch bourbon has an amazing flavor profile starting with butterscotch up front leading to carmel, brown sugar and vanilla. From there the well aged flavors surface such as tobacco and leather and finishes with an exceptionally long pleasant black pepper finish.

Single Barrel Rye Whiskey
An exceptionally smooth and pleasant whiskey with a grassy sweetness from the rye grain finishing with a subtle white pepper note. It is very smooth after aging in White American oak barrels for at least 4 years.

We distill these very small batch whiskeys from beers and ales made at Veracious Brewing Company in Monroe, CT. and then they are aged in new toasted and charred 5-gallon oak barrels for an exceptionally full-flavored hopped whiskey with a soft smooth mouth feel.
